I have heard some prettybad stories from girl FRIENDS of mine on this system. If a woman has a bad date or she "dated" some guy that turned out to be creepy then why hide and just talk behind their backs?Women, unfortunately, have to be extra careful on here. I tend to believe in the good in people, and that means that I trust people to do the right thing. as far as the abuse thing is concerned, as they say..."The cream will rise to the top"... Why not put the "bad" experience in their testimonials? The web dating factor and not using a single doubt works, as long as you are patient, do not take all the bullsht you will encounter (I’d guess many people who complain are also guilty of a few of that bullsht, too) and know what to look out for.…Plentyoffish dating forums are a place to meet singles and get dating advice or share dating experiences etc.It also boils down to knowing the people who have you on their faves. If you get a message from any random dude, but one of your friends has put him on a do-not-date alert, then you get a note in the message ~ but if none of your friends have had anything bad to say about him, then you won't know either way. Sexisism at its best, in the rules it says you cant exclude men/women from threads and such but here we have a feature ONLY for woman.

On the other hand and you have God's best creation ever and that is women.

They won't know how a message will be perceived, and won't want to risk getting "blacklisted" because of some new feature that just screams ABUSE. The women on my favorite list are there for a reason......... If I, should go on a date, or chat with someone I FEEL is a creep, you can bet I will alert all of my friends. So what the admin is saying there is just a problem with the guys on this site but the women are all great and very wonderful and dateable..I have some news for them.

This feature is unnecessary, and I agree with most of the posters..... A feature that singles out one sex for critizing and general gossip between people is a form of prejudice no matter how you try to justify it or explain it.

This is what it says exactly: This list of "Men who not to date" is being shared with 52 of your girlfriends and you have access their do not date lists. Maybe I am just lucky, but most of my meeting experiences (I haven't dated anyone yet) were very good. Some new features have value, some I find a pain in the ass but I honestly don't think any good can come from this. I wonder what the rationale behind it is - what would BE the value?

Add more women to your favorites to access their "Do not date list". ^^^ I think that there was a lot of requests to be able to say who is not particularily "dateable"... I suppose this is the way to tell your friends that this dude is a creep - without publicly broadcasting it. Who isn't date-able for me may very well be for someone else. I wouldn't consider this new feature a plus to the site.

I suppose it could be a useful feature, if you were able to indicate why the dude wasn't dateable (ie stalker, momma's boy, etc)I wanna hear if the guys have something like this tho... OE - who's to say the women would use this honestly? I think that the object is to weed out the truly undateable ones... not necessarily the ones that dumped a chick and so she has a hate-on for him...
